WX777 Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the WX777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using WX777 immediately and not proceed with registration or any financial transaction.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and WX777 regarding your use of this platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. WX777 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms are effective immediately upon publication at this URL. Your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration

To use WX777's paid betting or casino services you must first register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) WX777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You may not register at WX777 on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• WX777 may require you to complete identity verification at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and refusal of withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your WX777 account to any third party.

WX777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, and to close any account at any time where the Terms and Conditions have been or are suspected to have been breached.

3. Age & Eligibility

The WX777 platform is strictly for adults. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

WX777 takes age verification seriously. If there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, WX777 will require documentary proof of age before permitting further play or processing any withdrawal. Where a player is found to be under 18, their account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned minus any bonus amounts received.

You must also confirm that online betting and gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing WX777 voluntarily on your own behalf.

4. Account Security

Your WX777 account credentials — username, password, and linked mobile number — are your responsibility. You must keep them confidential and not share them with any other person. WX777 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel.

• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases where WX777 is demonstrably at fault.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact WX777 support immediately. WX777 will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending investigation.
• WX777 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. Reusing passwords from other services significantly increases your security risk.
• WX777 is not liable for losses caused by your failure to maintain account security.

5. Deposits

All deposits at WX777 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) is Rs 500. For IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard the minimum is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method — see the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the current schedule.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. WX777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• WX777 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside WX777's control.
• Deposit funds are credited to your WX777 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within fifteen minutes, contact WX777 support with your transaction reference number.
• WX777 reserves the right to return a deposit if it suspects the payment originated from a fraudulent source.
• All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from WX777 operating funds.

6. Withdrawals

WX777 processes withdrawal requests around the clock, seven days a week including public holidays. Standard processing times are approximately five to eight minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, ten to fifteen minutes for NayaPay and SadaPay, two to four hours for IBFT bank transfers, and one to three hours for Visa and Mastercard.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank and card methods.
• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
• WX777 charges zero fees on withdrawals. The amount requested is the amount received.
• First-time withdrawal requests for amounts above Rs 500,000 may be subject to an additional verification review, typically completed within 30 minutes.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. Real money deposits remain withdrawable at any time; withdrawal before completing a wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
• WX777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawals. Failure to provide such documentation will delay processing until the review is complete.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

WX777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new WX777 accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address. The welcome bonus will not be awarded if it is found that multiple accounts have been created to claim it more than once.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (shown in each promotion's individual terms) before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applies to the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated. WX777 typically sets wagering requirements between 10x and 20x.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Unused or un-wagered bonus funds will be removed from your account on expiry without prior notice beyond the original bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: When a bonus is active in your account, the maximum single bet permitted is Rs 2,000 unless WX777 has specifically authorised a higher amount in writing. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are published in individual promotion terms. Sports bets at odds below 1.50 may contribute at a reduced rate.
• WX777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of significant changes.

8. Sports & Cricket Betting Rules

All bets placed through the WX777 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when WX777 issues a confirmation with a unique bet ID. Bets not confirmed in this manner are void.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed on the WX777 platform can change at any time before bet acceptance. If odds change between your selection and your confirmation, WX777 will notify you of the new odds before the bet is finalised.
• Void Bets: A bet is void where: a match is abandoned or postponed beyond 12 hours of the scheduled start; a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being offered; or the underlying event did not take place as scheduled.
• Cricket-Specific: For limited-overs matches (T20, ODI), a minimum of the scheduled overs must be completed for most markets to be settled. Specific completion thresholds are shown on each market. PSL and international Pakistan matches are governed by the same rules as all other cricket fixtures on WX777.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets close briefly during key moments (wickets, over changes, reviews). Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided if they cannot be matched at valid odds.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. WX777 will not settle on the basis of unofficial sources.
• Maximum Payout: WX777's maximum payout per event per player is Rs 5,000,000. Bets that exceed this payout ceiling may be restricted or the stake partially refused at WX777's discretion.

9. Live Casino Rules

WX777's live casino operates under the rules determined by the game provider for each table. The following general rules apply across all live casino products on the WX777 platform:

• Live casino games are games of chance. WX777 does not guarantee any outcome and has no ability to influence the result of any live dealer game.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, the bet will be settled according to the outcome of that round. WX777 is not responsible for internet connection issues on the player's side.
• If a live dealer makes a verifiable dealing error, the affected round will be voided and all bets returned. WX777 reviews all flagged rounds before making any determination.
• Table limits (minimum and maximum bets) are displayed on each live table before you join. These limits may change between sessions at WX777's discretion.

10. Aviator Game Rules

The Aviator crash game available on WX777 is provided by a certified third-party game supplier and uses a certified random number generation (RNG) system. The following specific rules apply:

• The game multiplier increases from 1.00x at the start of each round. The round ends ("crashes") at a random multiplier determined before the round begins by the RNG system.
• A bet placed in a given round must be cashed out before the crash occurs. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the full bet being lost.
• In the event of a confirmed technical error by WX777's systems during an Aviator round, the affected bet will be refunded at the stake value. WX777 will not refund bets lost due to a player's slow internet connection or device performance.
• Provably fair verification is available for every Aviator round. Players who wish to independently verify game outcomes may request the relevant cryptographic seeds from WX777 support.

11. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Conduct

WX777 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players.

• Prohibited activities include: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; sharing accounts; using automated betting software (bots); exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes; placing correlated bets to lock in guaranteed profits at WX777's expense; and any form of match-fixing or information-based cheating.
• Where WX777 suspects any prohibited conduct, it may immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds pending investigation, and request additional documentation. The investigation will be completed as quickly as reasonably possible.
• Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, WX777 will permanently close the account, forfeit all balances (including deposits made during the period of suspected abuse), and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
• WX777 uses automated and human review systems to monitor betting patterns. Unusual betting patterns — even those that appear profitable for the player — may trigger a review.

12. Responsible Gaming

WX777 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gambling environment. We believe that gaming should be entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all WX777 account holders at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing a limit requires a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous platform use. The player decides whether to continue or stop.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up summaries showing time spent and net wagering results during the current session at regular intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your WX777 account. Options range from 7 days to permanent exclusion. Temporary exclusions cannot be reversed before expiry. Permanent exclusions are final.

13. Account Closure

You may close your WX777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, WX777 will process any outstanding withdrawal requests for your verified real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

WX777 may close an account at any time where: the Terms and Conditions have been breached; fraudulent activity is suspected; verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable timeframe; or where closing the account is required by law or regulation.

• In cases of account closure due to Terms breach, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach and at WX777's sole discretion.
• Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be marked dormant. WX777 will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number before marking an account dormant. Dormant accounts with a balance may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 after the initial 24-month period, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated.

14. Limitation of Liability

WX777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain a reliable and error-free service, WX777 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical faults at all times.

• WX777 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• WX777's total liability to any individual player in any given calendar month is limited to the net amount deposited by that player during that month.
• WX777 is not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to comply with these Terms, by internet connectivity issues, or by the player's own device or software.
• Third-party game providers (live casino suppliers, Aviator provider) are responsible for the operation of their own games. WX777 facilitates access to these games but does not control their internal systems.

15. Changes to These Terms

WX777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those affecting your rights or obligations — will be communicated via a notice on the WX777 platform or via your registered mobile number at least seven days before the change takes effect, where operationally feasible.

Your continued use of the WX777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
